The Bootcamp Programme - An internet bootcamp
This is an online programme where managers can work alongside others who are at approximately the same stage of implementation as they go through the programme. Everyone starts the programme at the same time. A community is developed on a forum which is supported directly by the tutor. There is likely to be additional material, tools and techniques passed into the community, depending on the issues and interests of forum members.
In addition, the manager will receive significant personal support through the programme. There are several telephone calls with the external tutor so momentum is maintained. This programme is very much an interactive programme. Managers are also encouraged to make connections with each other for mutual support outside of the programme as well as inside it
This programme is particularly
suitable for managers who may be the only one in their organisation
taking such a programme or who may have little familiarity with the
content of the programme, or limited experience of making team culture
or productivity changes, or who would like to work with others and learn
from them as they go through the programme.
Four 'bootcamps' are
planned during 2012, one during each season. The first 'Bootcamp' - The Winter 'Bootcamp' - will start during late January 2012.

are a restricted number of places on a boot camp to ensure there is
