There are two types of programme / course available

There is the Implementation 'Engaging Manager' programme blending web learning with classroom implementation support sessions over a period of approx ten weeks. This is a 'learn capability and do' programme. There is also a traditional format Three day classroom course which is a 'learn capability' course

Courses are currently running in Cambridge, UK. So if you work near Cambridge and want to join other local companies and get the value from working through a programme together, this could be the one for you. Note that if there are a sufficient group interested from another location either near, or far from, Cambridge, then we will run a course in your vicinity.  Implementation Programmes in 2012


Introduction

It involves nine afternoon sessions spread over ten weeks, with a gap after the fifth week.

Delegates work on the online material during the week and then on the half day session plan the practical way they are going to implement it, and get help on what they are implementing. There is also additional material to add further value to the programme.

Afternoon sessions start at 2.15 pm and finish between 5pm to 5.30pm. Monday afternoon is chosen as it helps you plan all you have to do in the week. The venue is based on the side of Cambridge nearest most delegates.

 3 Day Capability Courses


Introduction

These are traditional training courses which aim to raise your capability to perform on return to work. However, you will be the case study -  the aim is to help you prepare you for the reality of your return to work.

The course features all the main components of the web based and faciltated programmes, but fewer of the supplementary methods and techniques. The great thing  about courses is that you work with others, and can hear their views before you implement new processes.

The course normally runs on a Tuesday to Thursday at a location near Cambridge
