This is a blended approach offering high added value. Managers can work together on change, can feedback to each other direct views on their perceptions of reality, and on productivity initiatives. It also allows us bring other management methods and materials into assist with particular issues. It helps us to really get to know you, your managers, and what you want to achieve and focus on your outcomes.

The Way it Works

Managers work their way through the online Engaging Manager Programme on the basis of one section a week.

Before the first session starts a facilitator comes in to prepare managers for the journey and brief any bosses as approrpiate.

After each section, at a proscribed time every week - normally an afternoon starting at 2.30 - 3pm the facilitator meets with the managers to draw together the learning and to help remove obstacles to applying the material. There are additional exercises to extend use of the material.

The programme normally lasts for ten weeks with a break in the middle. It needs at least five managers to make it work. Cost will depend on location, numbers, and circumstances though.

We are just launching this arrangement. There are only a limited number of organisations we can help at any particular time. Please get in touch if you would like to consider a programme of this nature.
