Along the pathway are many solutions for getting the best out of life, work and yourself, and overcoming obstacles on the way. And by learning of these solutions, you could be helpful to someone else who has a problem to solve!.

The Nature of the Programme

As you move along the pathway you can decide what tips and techniques suit you best, and move slower or faster at your own pace. However, we encourage you to learn the solutions and turn them into habits, so for your first week we do pace you, so you can practice what you learn and form those positive habits. That first week can be very enjoyable as we endeavour to put you into a positive frame of mind. After that you can pace yourself.

The whole programme is structured so it is easy to learn. And if you know something well, you have the solution immediately to hand for tomorrows problem, rather than berating yourself for forgetting it. You will find that we really do work hard to help you remember each and every technique and solution.

It is all done with a sense of humour too. One of the first solutions, you will find on the pathway will make you smile - guaranteed. And you can use the same approach to make others smile, even if you are not around! You will also come, later in the programme, some rather interesting helpers such as Qualien the Alien, and Crowbot the Robot

No books to wait for. No ebook to download onto something. It is all web based. You can copy the web pages if you wish to practice a technique away from the internet.
