Each of the eight sections are broken down into modules.


There are several modules in each section.


Before each section starts there is an introductory module to tell you how to get the most out of it.


At the end of each section is a reflection zone to help you bring it all together from an implementation point of view.

Learn on the web. Meet once a week to share learning and implementation points

This is a facilitated learning course taking managers through the implementation of the learning into the team.

Managers share their experience and can get additional personal help from the tutor.


 3 Day Course

Classroom, without web based learning.

Ideal for those who want to learn with others and increase capability

This is a traditional training course giving managers the capability to implement. It has slightly less content than the other programmes, yet sufficient to give a high ROI
