These terms apply to all Coaching programmes. Other materials are subject to the terms on their web pages.

You have seven days from starting the programme to decide whether it is for you. If, in the seven days you decide it is not for you, just cancel your payment to us which is set up to wait for seven days before going through.

You will be subject to the terms of the e-coaching provider and our detailed terms. You can view these on the programme dashboard, after your initial payment. If you do not want to accept their terms, you can pull out of the programme within the seven days as above.


Some of our key terms are in the paragraph below and our privacy policy then follows:-

The programme must be committed for in advance,subject to the above free trial period. The programme results are dependent on your efforts and Enstrata Ltd will not be held liable if there is no evidence of any effort to follow the programme. All coaching courses are deemed to be complete in 12 weeks and only in exceptional circumstances will any coaching be provided thereafter. You agree to keep reasonable appointments for telephone calls. If you are not available for three planned calls in a row, then Enstrata Ltd will have discharged its obligation to you. If a difficulty arises with tutor availability, then you will be refunded the cost of the remaining part of the programme and still be able to continue on  the vanilla version of the programme. Enstrata Ltd can upgrade the programme as you are working upon it. Enstrata Ltd can give 1 months notice that it will destroy any personal notes on the ecoaching platform. The law that applies is UK law.

What we collect

We may collect some of the following information for specific programmes: • name and job title • contact information including email address • demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests • other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers • information that you provide through your coaching and training notes if a client

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons: • Internal record keeping. • We may use the information to improve our products and services. • We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. • We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies
