The Productive Manager programme introduces you to a system of working which you can recycle continuously to improve what you do. Like the Engaging Manager programme you are learning an approach that will be useful throughout your career, almost regardless of the context in which you find yourself.

Another feature of the programme is that you decide what is relevant. You know the context. You will know which of the many ideas, and there are many ideas here, is appropriate.
