Web based Packages for Training Managers / Internal Trainers with all you need to facilitate the programme for your organisation are now available.
The way it works is that each manager has their own copy of the Engaging Manager programme.
What you provide is a structure to pace the managers, and an opportunity for them to review what hey have done with each other, what they are about to do, as well as adding fresh material.
Within the pack is a copy of the Engaging Manager Programme - we believe you should work through it to appreciate what managers will be going through in order to facilitate them well. So the fact that you have done the programme first could put you in a strong position to coach other managers following behind you.
There is also an advantage in that by doing the programme yourself, you are likely to make a significant beneficial impact on the way you manage your own department. This implementation gives you a real experience to discuss and share with managers
What do the packages contain?
Packs include detailed preparation arrangements, objectives for each of the eight facilitated sessions and suggested content and arrangements. Each pack will also include the Engaging Manager programme

How do I get a Trainer's pack?
Follow the instructions below. As with all Engaging manager packages, we use the JigsawBox programme. So you sign up to the programme, pay through Paypal and are then given a link to your programme.
The only difference is that you buy it straight from this page as opposed to the Sign up page on the submenu. Have a llok at the Sign up page as there is a video there which tells you want happens after you press Sign up Now. Our terms are on the main menu off the Home Page
