The Vanilla Version of the programme
This is the online programme for those who want to make their own way, at their own pace, without the coaching support for understanding, or applying, the practical aspects of the programme. It has exactly the same content and the same audio and video clips as other programmes.
It is suitable for those who are purely looking for ideas to implement, or for an experienced and organised manager with a large degree of self reliance to work through a programme methodically, or for those who are seeking to evaluate whether the content of the programme might be suitable for their organisation.
The actual learning including the video and audio clips, downloads, etc would be equivalent to a 3-4 day (and many would take five day) management programme. So it is like attending a management programme, and learning the Know-how without any personal attention or chance to get others people's views on the material, or importantly, help in actually applying the material.
This will work well for many and it will be attractive as the costs are low, although you may get more added value with expert help, or the opportunity to learn with others.
